Role:
- Work with agencies and suppliers to produce commercially focused content and distribution
- Drive best practice content plans and production to support the overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, digital, brand and customer experience
- Produce and implement strategic and commercially focused marketing content plans for residential and business customers using customer insights, analytics and best practice content knowledge
- Form strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
