A talented, enthusiastic and competent cleaner who has experience of the daily cleaning of all areas within both commercial and residential buildings, helping to make a pleasant environment for both staff and customers.

Duties:
- Quality care and services for residents through the provision of high standards of cleaning services
- Cleaning of recreation and reception areas (including furniture) by vacuuming, dusting and polishing.
- Ensuring the hallway, stairs and windows are cleaned to a high standard.
- Responsible for mopping, sweeping, vacuuming.
- Washing dishes in the kitchen and replenishing kitchen supplies.
- Emptying of all rubbish bins and removal of waste to designated areas.
- Cleaning of toilets including mopping and disinfecting all surfaces and replenishing bathroom supplies.
- Training new employees in cleaning procedures.
