A motivated and highly driven candidate with experience as a Business Administration Manager in a local small business looking for an opportunity with an established company in ACT.
Role:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
- Implementation of software and technology for improved efficiency
- Handle all incoming calls and communications
- Responsible for daily parts ordering, job tracking and co-ordination
- Schedule job bookings
- Manage all aspects of accounts administration and finance operations (AR, AP, GL, P&L, BAS, Payroll/PAYG)
- HR management - recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining apprentice & employee matters
- Responsible for the internal workings & day to day smooth running of the business
