Looking for an opportunity in a firm where I can utilise my previous experience in customer service.
I have experience in maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and the ability to manage filing and all aspects of administration besides having knowledge of Tax Laws for International Countries.
Role:
– Attend meetings and take minutes
– Process timesheets
– Keep employee profiles updated, monitor development of skills and qualifications
– Process Health and Safety permits, method statements, risk assessments and tool box talks. Ensuring first aid courses are attended and site safe completion in place.
– Complete and send invoices, quotes, remittance, progress payments, timesheets of staff and other accounting duties
