Role:

– Attend meetings and take minutes

– Process timesheets

– Keep employee profiles updated, monitor development of skills and qualifications

– Process Health and Safety permits, method statements, risk assessments and tool box talks. Ensuring first aid courses are attended and site safe completion in place.

– Complete and send invoices, quotes, remittance, progress payments, timesheets of staff and other accounting duties

Good understanding of the building process, planning, building control the inspection process
Have skills in researching information and report writing
Experience of carrying out Health and Safety Inductions, chairing meetings
Good understanding of the Xero accounting program
Excellent communication skills
