A motivated and highly driven candidate with experience as a Business Administration Manager in a local small business looking for an opportunity with an established company in ACT.
Role:
– Liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
– Implementation of software and technology for improved efficiency
– Handle all incoming calls and communications
– Responsible for daily parts ordering, job tracking and co-ordination
– Schedule job bookings
– Manage all aspects of accounts administration and finance operations (AR, AP, GL, P&L, BAS, Payroll/PAYG)
– HR management – recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining apprentice & employee matters
– Responsible for the internal workings & day to day smooth running of the business
